2. Eligibility & Age Requirement

You must be at least 18 years old to purchase or access this Product. By purchasing, You represent that You meet this requirement and are legally capable of entering into a binding agreement.

Monthly Marketing Method is a digital educational mini-course designed to help photographers plan and execute a monthly marketing system. The Product may include:

Pre-recorded video content

Downloadable worksheets, templates, or planning tools

Written educational materials

All content is delivered digitally. No physical products are included.

4. Pricing & Payment

Price: $44 USD (one-time payment)

Payment is required in full at the time of purchase.

All prices are subject to change at any time without notice.

Any promotional pricing, launch pricing, or discounts are temporary and will not be retroactively applied to prior purchases.

5. No Refund Policy (All Sales Final)

Due to the digital nature of this Product:

ALL SALES ARE FINAL. NO REFUNDS, RETURNS, OR EXCHANGES WILL BE PROVIDED.

By purchasing Monthly Marketing Method, You acknowledge and agree that:

You receive immediate access to digital content.

You waive any right to chargebacks, refunds, or payment disputes based on dissatisfaction, lack of use, or perceived results.

6. License & Intellectual Property

All content included in Monthly Marketing Method is the intellectual property of Reed Gallagher Photography LLC and is protected under United States copyright law (Title 17, U.S. Code).

By purchasing, You are granted a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable, revocable license to access and use the Product for personal business use only.

You may NOT:

Copy, share, resell, reproduce, distribute, or modify the Product

Share login access or materials with others

Use the materials for teaching, coaching, or creating competing products

Violation of these terms may result in:

Immediate termination of access

Legal action

Invoicing for unauthorized licenses shared

7. Educational Disclaimer

Monthly Marketing Method is provided for educational and informational purposes only.

We make no guarantees regarding:

Income

Client bookings

Engagement, visibility, or sales results

Results vary based on individual effort, experience, implementation, and external factors beyond the Company’s control.

You are solely responsible for your business decisions, actions, and results.

8. Earnings Disclaimer

The Company makes no financial or income claims, guarantees, or promises of specific results.

Any examples, case studies, or results referenced are not typical and do not guarantee that You will achieve similar outcomes.

Your success depends entirely on your own actions and implementation.

9. Technology & Access

We make reasonable efforts to ensure access to the Product, but We do not guarantee uninterrupted availability.

We are not liable for:

Platform outages

Payment processor errors

Internet or device issues

Technical failures beyond Our control

10. User Conduct

You agree not to:

Use the Product for unlawful purposes

Share or distribute content without permission

Misrepresent the Product as your own

We reserve the right to revoke access without notice if these terms are violated.

11. Termination

We reserve the right to terminate or suspend access to the Product at any time if You violate these Terms and Conditions, without refund.

12. Limitation of Liability

To the fullest extent permitted by law, Reed Gallagher Photography LLC shall not be liable for any direct, indirect, incidental, consequential, or special damages arising from Your use of this Product.

13. Indemnification

You agree to indemnify and hold harmless Reed Gallagher Photography LLC from any claims, damages, losses, liabilities, or legal fees arising from:

Your misuse of the Product

Your business decisions or outcomes

Your violation of these Terms

14. Severability & No Waiver

If any provision of these Terms is deemed unenforceable, the remaining provisions will remain in full force and effect.

Failure to enforce any provision does not constitute a waiver of future enforcement.

15. Entire Agreement

These Terms constitute the entire agreement between You and the Company regarding Monthly Marketing Method and supersede all prior agreements or understandings.

16. Governing Law & Venue

These Terms shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the State of Texas, without regard to conflict of law principles.

Any disputes shall be resolved exclusively in Harris County, Texas, unless otherwise required by arbitration.

17. Arbitration

Any disputes that cannot be resolved amicably shall be resolved through binding arbitration in accordance with the rules of the American Arbitration Association.

Arbitration shall take place in Harris County, Texas. Each party is responsible for its own legal costs.
