By purchasing or accessing Booked x5 (“Program,” “Product,” or “Course”), you (“You,” “Client,” or “Purchaser”) agree to be bound by the following Terms and Conditions. Please read them carefully before completing your purchase.

These Terms and Conditions apply specifically to the Booked x5 digital product and supplement the general Terms & Conditions on the Company’s website.

Eligibility & Age Requirement

You must be at least 18 years old to purchase or access this Product. By purchasing, You represent that You meet this requirement and are legally capable of entering into a binding agreement.

Product Description

Booked x5 is a digital educational mini-course designed to help photographers generate more leads and work toward booking five photography clients within 30 days.

The Product may include:

Pre-recorded video content

Downloadable worksheets, templates, action plans, or supporting resources

Written educational materials

All content is delivered digitally. No physical products are included.

Pricing & Payment

Price: $44 USD as a one-time payment

Payment is required in full at the time of purchase.

All prices are subject to change at any time without notice.

Any promotional pricing, launch pricing, or discounts are temporary and will not be retroactively applied to prior purchases.

No Refund Policy

Due to the digital nature of this Product:

ALL SALES ARE FINAL. NO REFUNDS, RETURNS, OR EXCHANGES WILL BE PROVIDED.

By purchasing Booked x5, You acknowledge and agree that:

You receive immediate access to digital content.

You waive any right to chargebacks, refunds, or payment disputes based on dissatisfaction, lack of use, or perceived results.

Purchasing the Product does not guarantee that You will book five clients or achieve any particular result.

License & Intellectual Property

All content included in Booked x5 is the intellectual property of Reed Gallagher Photography LLC and is protected under United States copyright law, including Title 17 of the United States Code.

By purchasing, You are granted a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable, revocable license to access and use the Product for your own personal business use only.

You may not:

Copy, share, resell, reproduce, distribute, or modify the Product

Share your login access or course materials with others

Use the materials to teach, coach, train others, or create competing products

Violation of these terms may result in:

Immediate termination of access

Legal action

Invoicing for unauthorized licenses or materials shared

Educational Disclaimer

Booked x5 is provided for educational and informational purposes only.

We make no guarantees regarding:

Booking five clients within 30 days

The number of inquiries, leads, or clients You may receive

Income or revenue

Engagement, visibility, sales, or other business results

The name Booked x5 reflects the goal and framework of the Course. It does not represent a promise or guarantee that every purchaser will book five clients.

Results vary based on individual effort, experience, market, audience, pricing, implementation, and external factors beyond the Company’s control.

You are solely responsible for your business decisions, actions, and results.

Earnings Disclaimer

The Company makes no financial or income claims, guarantees, or promises of specific results.

Any examples, testimonials, case studies, or results referenced are provided for illustrative purposes only. They are not necessarily typical and do not guarantee that You will achieve the same or similar outcomes.

Your success depends on your own actions, decisions, implementation, business circumstances, and other factors beyond the Company’s control.

Technology & Access

We make reasonable efforts to ensure access to the Product, but We do not guarantee uninterrupted availability.

We are not liable for:

Course platform outages

Payment processor errors

Internet, browser, or device issues

Technical failures beyond Our control

User Conduct

You agree not to:

Use the Product for unlawful purposes

Share or distribute the Product’s content without permission

Misrepresent the Product or its materials as your own

Allow another person to access the Product through your account

We reserve the right to revoke access without notice if these Terms and Conditions are violated.

Termination

We reserve the right to terminate or suspend access to the Product at any time if You violate these Terms and Conditions. Access may be terminated without a refund.

Limitation of Liability

To the fullest extent permitted by law, Reed Gallagher Photography LLC shall not be liable for any direct, indirect, incidental, consequential, or special damages arising from your purchase, access, use, or inability to use this Product.

Indemnification

You agree to indemnify and hold harmless Reed Gallagher Photography LLC from any claims, damages, losses, liabilities, or legal fees arising from:

Your misuse of the Product

Your business decisions or outcomes

Your violation of these Terms and Conditions

Severability & No Waiver

If any provision of these Terms and Conditions is deemed invalid or unenforceable, the remaining provisions will remain in full force and effect.

Failure to enforce any provision does not constitute a waiver of the right to enforce that provision in the future.

Entire Agreement

These Terms and Conditions constitute the entire agreement between You and the Company regarding Booked x5 and supersede all prior agreements, communications, or understandings relating to the Product.

Governing Law & Venue

These Terms and Conditions shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the State of Texas, without regard to conflict-of-law principles.

Any disputes shall be resolved exclusively in Harris County, Texas, unless otherwise required by the arbitration provision below.

Arbitration

Any disputes that cannot be resolved amicably shall be resolved through binding arbitration in accordance with the rules of the American Arbitration Association.

Arbitration shall take place in Harris County, Texas. Each party shall be responsible for its own legal costs unless otherwise required by applicable law or determined by the arbitrator.
